We are located on the beautiful hillside of Haad Yao in Koh Phangan Thailand with a stunning sea view for your practice.
This a the home of a traditional Ashtanga Yoga Koh Phangan program led by Cyril Lagel authorized teacher from the official school of Sharath Jois & Sri K. Patthabi Jois KPJAYI / SYC in Mysore, India. We offer daily Mysore Style and Led classes.
We are aiming to open by the end of 2024.
